Jennifer Ackley

 Jennifer Ackley, CPDT-KA, CNWI, is a Trainer.

Jennifer received a B.A. in Psychology in 1989 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in animal behavior. After working in the communications industry, she followed her passion to become a dog trainer. In 2013 she graduated with honors from Animal Behavior College and became a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) in March 2017.

Jennifer has been involved with the sport of K9 Nose Work since 2013, and became a Certified Nose Work Insturctor (CNWI) in January 2017. She is also a CGC Evaluator and a Mentor Trainer with Animal Behavior College.

Jennifer's interest in working with animals led her to form the 501c3 nonprofit organization WolfPAWS Inc. Located in Dandridge, TN, WolfPAWS is dedicated to rescuing wolf-dogs from euthanasia, providing permanent homes for them, and providing education to the public about responsible care of wolf-dogs as pets. Jennifer is the founder and Executive Director, responsible for the daily operations of the sanctuary.
